She Supply

Meet The

Board

She Supply is powered by a small but mighty volunteer-led board made up of working and retired women who generously donate their time, talents, and passion to serve women and girls in need throughout North Texas.

Sarah Gerber

Board Secretary

Sarah has been involved with She Supply since 2020 and currently serves as secretary while also supporting operations. In this role, Sarah helps deliver products to partner organizations, picks up donations, and coordinates meetups at the organization’s storage unit. Sarah especially enjoys connecting with partners, who are always excited to see her arrive.
Sarah is retired after a 40-year career in education, including 28 years as an elementary school librarian. After returning to graduate school, Sarah spent an additional 12 years as a teacher of the visually impaired. Sarah’s daughter continues the family’s passion for education as a high school English teacher with Lewisville ISD.
Sarah has lived in Flower Mound since 1998 and enjoys reading, traveling, and creating handmade greeting cards in her free time.

Denise Angarola

Board Treasurer
Denise has been involved with She Supply since 2018 and held supporting roles in Marketing and Special Projects before serving on the Board as Chair and her current role as Treasurer.
While her career has been focused on brand and marketing across tech, telcom and healthcare, she has consistently volunteered in her communities since middles school to support women and girls causes. She proudly joined her friend’s mission at She Supply and dedicates her free time to advance our mission of ending period poverty in North Texas.

Tracy Abrom

VP Operations
Tracy has served as Vice Chair of Operations on the board since January 2023. She is passionate about health, wellness, and her community. To that point, she has completed over 50 marathons in the U.S. and abroad. Tracy recently retired from FedEx after more than 20 years, bringing extensive experience in Product Management, including Digital Product Management, where she served as a customer champion focused on driving innovation and efficiency. At She Supply, she strives to promote operational excellence so internal teams can better serve the needs of girls and women in the communities supported by the organization. Over the past three years, Tracy has enjoyed participating in back-to-school fairs where She Supply has helped distribute menstrual products to girls in preparation for the school year.

Dr. Lisa Pierce (Johnson)

VP Operations
Dr. Lisa Pierce is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the care of children, adolescents, and adults with autism and mood disorders. She takes a personalized, patient-centered approach, working directly with each individual to develop tailored treatment plans that may include psychotherapy and medication management. She is deeply committed to helping her patients achieve greater stability, confidence, and overall well-being through evidence-based care.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Pierce is an active community leader. Lisa’s involvement has included serving as a former board member of the Children’s Advocacy Center for North Texas and Christian Community Action. I am a charter member of the Cross Timbers Rotary Club, where I currently serve on the board, and I am a member of the Denton County Behavioral Health Leadership Team WorkGroup for Children & Adolescents. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Cross Timbers YMCA, where I currently hold the role of Board Chair.
In 2016, Dr. Pierce co-founded She Supply, where she plays a key role in community outreach, raising awareness, and building support to address period poverty. One of her primary roles is speaking with local groups to raise awareness and build support for this important issue.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she has been married for 29 years and is the proud parent of two adult children.

In 2025, she stepped into the role of Board Chair, where she supports organizational growth, community outreach, and partnership development.
Prior to joining She Supply, Janel volunteered for three years with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Beyond School Walls program and was actively involved working with youth at her former synagogue.
