She Supply

Meet The

Founders

Kathy Meyer

For Kathy, She Supply is deeply personal. As a mom, wife, believer, and lifelong volunteer (with past experience in DFW Pug Rescue, Girl Scouts, North Texas Food Bank, and more), she is guided by faith and a commitment to solving “uncomfortable problems” that affect real lives. Her vision is to engage the community, enrich lives through service, empower women by removing financial barriers, and elevate dignity for all. She often says the work is about more than products, it’s about connection, servant leadership, and helping women and girls attend school, go to work, and live with confidence.
Her daughters have been involved in She Supply from the early days. When she’s not advancing the mission, you might find her at a DFW Pug rescue event or mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Kathy’s professional background as a Digital Product Manager at FedEx, where she has led cross-functional teams, driven customer experience improvements, and managed complex projects for retail and commercial customers, brings valuable expertise in digital strategy, cross-functional team management, and data-driven decision making to She Supply. She has leveraged these skills to build efficient operations, secure partnerships, secure grants, and scale She Supply’s impact across North Texas. Her education includes an MBA with a Marketing specialization from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (double major in Management Information Systems and Accounting) from Oklahoma State University. She also holds numerous AI and Agile certifications including IBM Generative AI Data Scientist Certification.

Shari Myers

Shari is a co-founder of She Supply and a dedicated community advocate based in North Texas. In 2016, after learning about the realities of period poverty, Shari helped spark the conversation that led to the founding of She Supply.
What began as a simple idea for a donation drive quickly grew into a nonprofit committed to providing essential hygiene products and restoring dignity to those in need. Through her early leadership and continued involvement, Shari has helped shape the heart and direction of She Supply’s mission, contributing to the distribution of more than one million products in the community.
Deeply rooted in service, Shari is an active member of her church, where she regularly participates in church life, including events, rehearsals, and outreach efforts. Her faith and commitment to serving others are central to both her personal life and her work with She Supply.
Shari also maintains strong ties as a High School educator. Her dedication to local involvement reflects her belief that meaningful change begins close to home.
Driven by compassion and a deep belief that access to basic necessities is directly tied to dignity and opportunity, Shari continues to play an important role in advancing She Supply’s mission and impact.
